Celebrate life’s special moments with an intimate private wellness experience at Maison Luxe Pilates & Wellness. Our private events combine movement, relaxation, beautiful décor, refreshments and meaningful connection—all inside our boutique studio. Perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, bachelorette celebrations, girls’ days, corporate wellness events, team outings and other special occasions. $95 Per Guest Minimum of 5 guests required Three-hour private experience Your Experience Includes Private Movement Session Enjoy a 30-minute instructor-led session and select one of the following: Reformer Pilates — up to 5 guests per session Mat Pilates — up to 8 guests per session Yoga — up to 8 guests per session For larger groups, guests may rotate between the movement session and wellness amenities. Wellness Amenities Traditional sauna session Access to the relaxation lounge Robes and towels Hydration and tea bar Fruit-infused water Private Celebration Setup Exclusive use of the designated event space Styled picnic or dining setup Coordinated balloon décor Charcuterie-style refreshments Dedicated area for your cake, desserts, gift bags and photos Complimentary group photo Enhance Your Experience Personalize your celebration with one or more optional add-ons: Make-Your-Own Bouquet Experience Guests create a beautiful floral bouquet to take home. Luxury Candle-Making Experience — $30 Per Guest Create a personalized candle using a selection of fragrances. Aromatherapy Blending Station — $30 Per Guest Create a custom rollerball fragrance or room spray. Massage Services Add individual massage sessions for an elevated relaxation experience. Pricing is based on the number of guests and selected service length. Catering Available Buttermilk Chicken & Waffles Brunch — $40 Per Guest Includes buttermilk fried chicken, waffles and fresh fruit. Curated Lunch Menu — $50 Per Guest Includes Caesar salad cups, grilled shrimp skewers and a selection of turkey, beef and salmon sliders. Premium Dinner Menu — $60 Per Guest Includes lobster macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, lamb chops, jerk chicken and Rasta pasta.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Studio Policies To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our studio policies before attending class. Class Reservations All Pilates classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Due to the limited number of reformer machines and our small class sizes, spaces fill quickly and advance booking is recommended. Arrival Time Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, get settled, and prepare for the session. For safety and to avoid disrupting the flow of class, late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the class has begun. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your class. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time may result in the class being deducted from your package. No-Shows Guests who do not attend a booked class without canceling will have the session deducted from their class package. Studio Policies Grip Sock Requirement For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all reformer Pilates classes. Guests may bring their own or purchase grip socks at the studio. Sauna Usage Policy Guests attending class are welcome to enjoy our infrared sauna as part of the Maison Luxe wellness experience. Sauna use is limited to 20 minutes per session and guests should stay hydrated and use the sauna at their own discretion. Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or health concerns should consult a healthcare professional before use. Membership & Package Expiration Class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. 10-class packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expiration dates help ensure class availability and fairness for all clients.
