Refund Policy

Pilates Sessions & Packages

All Pilates sessions, class packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may cancel or reschedule with at least 12 hours notice through our booking system. Late cancellations may result in the session being deducted from your package.

Memberships

Membership payments are billed according to the membership agreement and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

Wellness Services

Massage therapy, IV infusions, and other wellness services must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the appointment.

Retail Purchases

Retail items such as grip socks or wellness products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original condition. Refunds for retail items may be issued at the discretion of the studio.

Special Events & Workshops

All bookings for workshops, special events, and private group sessions are final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless the event is canceled by the studio.

Maison Luxe Pilates & Wellness reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy under special circumstances at management’s discretion.
