Cancellation Policy
Booking & Studio Policies To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our studio policies before attending class. Class Reservations All Pilates classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Due to the limited number of reformer machines and our small class sizes, spaces fill quickly and advance booking is recommended. Arrival Time Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, get settled, and prepare for the session. For safety and to avoid disrupting the flow of class, late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the class has begun. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your class. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time may result in the class being deducted from your package. No-Shows Guests who do not attend a booked class without canceling will have the session deducted from their class package. Studio Policies Grip Sock Requirement For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all reformer Pilates classes. Guests may bring their own or purchase grip socks at the studio. Sauna Usage Policy Guests attending class are welcome to enjoy our infrared sauna as part of the Maison Luxe wellness experience. Sauna use is limited to 20 minutes per session and guests should stay hydrated and use the sauna at their own discretion. Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or health concerns should consult a healthcare professional before use. Membership & Package Expiration Class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. 10-class packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expiration dates help ensure class availability and fairness for all clients.
